Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management tool, which will give you total command over your e-mail accounts and email newsletters. With this intuitive user interface, you can set up a new email mailbox in an instant and administer its settings easily. Plus, you can redirect mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, set up mail filters, create auto-reply messages and shield your mailboxes against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email boxes against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted electronic mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming mail messages according to certain criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mails from one mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Simply select the e-mailbox you would like to redirect electronic mail messages from, then choose the destination email box and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the mail client of your liking to access your e-mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
